This four-session series offers a consistent, supportive container to help your system unwind, regulate, and shift more steadily over time. Each Somatic & Energetic Integration Therapy Session builds on the last, allowing for deeper exploration, integration, and inner clarity. To support your journey, you’ll also receive a complimentary, curated flower essence blend, intuitively selected and crafted specifically for you to gently enhance the work we do together. A meaningful option if you’re seeking continuity, gentle transformation, or ongoing support in navigating your inner landscape.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for honouring the 48-hour cancellation window. This helps me keep the rhythm of my practice steady and supportive. Please also plan for an extra 15 minutes beyond your scheduled time, as I like to give sessions the space they need to feel complete. Missed sessions without notice are subject to full payment.
