1. Awareness
The first step is gently bringing awareness to what is happening within your inner landscape.
Together we explore patterns in the body, emotions, thoughts, and nervous system responses. Through reflective dialogue and somatic inquiry, previously unconscious dynamics often begin to reveal themselves.
This phase is not about fixing or analyzing, but about cultivating curiosity toward the deeper intelligence of the body and psyche.
When awareness grows, new possibilities begin to open.
2. Regulation
As awareness deepens, we begin supporting the nervous system in finding greater steadiness and flexibility.
Through simple somatic practices, breath awareness, and nervous system education, clients learn how to recognize and work with their internal states in a compassionate and grounded way.
This phase helps build the capacity to remain present with emotions, sensations, and life experiences without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected.
Regulation creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
3. Integration
Integration is where insights and experiences begin to take root in everyday life.
As patterns shift and awareness expands, clients often find themselves relating to themselves, others, and the world in new ways.
This phase supports the embodiment of insight — allowing clarity, resilience, and authenticity to become part of how you move through life.
Transformation unfolds naturally when awareness, regulation, and integration are allowed to work together.
Who this work is For
This work is for people who sense that something within them is ready to shift and who feel a desire to understand themselves more deeply. Perhaps you are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still notice patterns that repeat in your emotions, relationships, work, or inner dialogue. You may feel moments of clarity, followed by moments where your nervous system feels overwhelmed, shut down, or pulled into old reactions.

What happens in a session
These one-on-one online, transformational coaching sessions are conversational, intuitive and guided by what is present for you. We'll explore somatic awareness, and nervous system support to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper and more embodied way.
Through guided reflection, body awareness practices, breathwork, and nervous system education, we explore the patterns, emotions, and internal dynamics shaping your experience(s).
Rooted in yoga philosophy, depth psychology, and somatic integration, this work helps create space for greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Rather than pushing for change, we work with curiosity and compassion-
allowing insights and shifts to emerge naturally.
